The advantages of holding the light are that you feel more centered, more grounded, and able to act with a greater sense of purpose and with the power of the force of life.

Life becomes much easier when you are more willing to be guided by your intuition, which connects you to the energies around you. If you are more flexible and resilient, you can withstand the buffeting of the outer world.

You can think of yourself as a tree with tall branches reaching to the sky and rooting deep into the nurturing earth that brings you nutrients. You can sway with the breezes that blow and not break; you are made stronger by them.
