Learn to Breathe with Heart
Express your heart’s love as you breathe slowly in and out with the ecstasy of passion for life itself, for your existence in the universe’s expansion, as there is an in-breath into the divine whole.
The union of the particles of light and the joy in All-That-Is as a conscious reunion is inevitable. The more the light grows metaphorically, the more you can feel the joyous energy of this.
Breathe slowly in and out, expanding your heart’s love and extending this energy field as large as possible, perhaps to the Earth and all thereon.

Archangel Uriel as Thunder and Lightning
As the light expands, there is an electric reaction in the atmosphere of Earth, and there is a foreshadowing and formation of the presence of Archangel Uriel and the bands of the angels of the Light of God.
The glory and force of this energy field can be terrifying. There is a storm coming.
