Earth’s changes continue, and the planet is bombarded with cosmic energies from the Sun behind the Sun—the Great Central Sun of creation.

You may feel an assortment of uncomfortable “awakening symptoms” that you have been feeling for some time. The newest is the feeling of electrical current buzzing in your body’s energy field and circuitry.

You may hear buzzing in your ears, commonly called tinnitus, again. You may feel dizzy and unstable. This is when you could look into methods of grounding the energies moving through you now.

The Exercise of Grounding Energy

Grounding into the energies of the earth herself for stability will be very beneficial to you. This means breathing—deep breathing from overhead. Feel this energy that is you as your breath moves through your central core, through your feet, and into the molten, fiery center of the earth.

Feel yourself anchoring there and stabilizing yourself. You can then breathe a central channel breath from the earth to the soul star chakra above you and imagine a fountain of light coming from your crown chakra and flowing down around you in a spray of energy, a forcefield of protection of your own making.

This energy field will protect you from the harmful effects of certain energy waves within the mix that come through your atmosphere and move through your physical form.

Walk barefoot on the grass and practice walking meditation using this breathwork at any time. You may also benefit from trying earthing products or technologies.

Bring Your Mind into the Present Moment

We, your angels, guardians, and spirit guides, wish to empower you to remain unflappable in your faith and steadfast in completing the spiritual awakening process.

We suggest taking your focus away from the outside world, the news, and the wrangling of economies in the wrestle for power over the earth’s financial and material resources.

You can be sure that everything will work out. The forces of light direct the energies behind the scenes, and everyone will play their part in redesigning the Earth and its obsolete authoritative structures.

You have tried to anticipate these times since the revelations of biblical proportions and throughout history. You cannot imagine what life will look like for the next generations. You can content yourself with the knowledge that angels watch over you.

Do your best to enjoy the simple pleasures of life and the things you love, focusing your energies there as much as you can. Make a conscientious effort to find the joy, love, peace, and pleasures of being human, for the earth has incredible beauty. You do not want to miss this opportunity.

You forget to take advantage of each day, each breath, and each ray of sunshine and rain that covers the earth, and those who see her glory stand in awe and wonderment of all you cannot see. But you may feel them with all your senses as they become alerted to new frequencies and notice the new attunement in your sensual bodies.

As you are cleansed of debris and detoxified of all the density that blocks your missing feelings of pleasure, joy, and love, you will discover a whole new world that has been present all along.

This shift of consciousness is called the fourth dimension and is only a breath away.
