Angel Love Meditation
What is love? You ask, and we of the angelic realm answer. We say that love is who you are. You were created out of the love of God/Source/Universe. It was love that fashioned the earth on which you live and everything that exists.
Love is what you breathe into yourself with each inhale and exhale. Breathe it consciously and with a smile on your face.
Imagine love as pink light with silver and golden sparkles in the air you breathe in and out as we perform this meditation with you. Sit in a relaxed posture and gently breathe.
Imagine Visions of Light and Love
Then imagine it in the shape of a heart in the center of your physical heart, growing and expanding. Growing larger and expanding with a layer of healing green light to surround and envelope you.
Cross your arms and hug your body, smiling as you hold yourself, as we are holding you in a loving embrace so that you feel it. Allow your body to feel held by divine love.
Next, bring in the rainbow rays of the seven Archangels to swirl and dance around you in an etheric hug of light that makes you tingle with joy.
Feel the warmth of this rainbow of glittering light rise through you as you breathe from the earth through your lower chakras.
It rises through your central channel and is exhaled out of the top of your head to pass two feet above you, uniting with your soul star.
Now, with the action of your breath, bring the light of love that you are back down through you to anchor it deep in Mother Earth, who supports this love and nourishes you.
Feel yourself as a metaphorical image of a great tree with roots drinking deeply, able to withstand any wind that blows. You are supported by the force of living love.
Raise your arms to the sky in gratitude for the support of all the love/light of nature, lift your chin, and expand your heart toward the sky. This is the flow and flowering of the energy of love that animates your body.
Consider this a daily practice for generating love within, enveloping your body with it as a forcefield of divine light and love.
We love you always and hold you in the love of All-That-Is

Expand Soul-Mate Love
When you can generate love within your energy field and love yourself as God’s unique creation, you are ready to send the overflow out into the world to attract the reflection of that love as your true mate.
Many confuse the attraction of the sexes or reproductive coupling as love. While this is healthy and natural and to be enjoyed as an energy exchange, this is not in itself love.
True love is of the highest quality of energy vibration.
Love is caring for another person or living creature without concern for the egoic self.
Love is unity with another person so that there is no division between where you start and where another person begins.
Love is not possessive but gracious in understanding and empathy for others.
Love is service to life and the holding of best wishes for all.
Affirmation: I AM love in action. I AM light expanding in the Earth.
Archangel Chamuel Activation
I am the frequency and personification of love; I AM the Archangel Chamuel of the pink ray.
When you generate the energy vibration that matches mine, I am with you and within you.
I deliver a transmission and activation of love within you to spin the chakra of your heart.
I light an eternal flame of brilliant fire on the altar of your heart.
Feel the heat of this fire and flame as it burns through a density layer, blocking the love you wish to feel. You have called for a feeling of love in your body, and I am here to expand it in your heart.
Do not fear this burning of the fires of love. It will not harm you, but it will transform you. It is lifting you to the next level of evolution and the opening of the higher heart. This higher heart has been dormant, waiting for this awakening.
You may let the tears fall with the sting of this opening, as if you have broken open a shell around your heart.
Love is a powerhouse of solutions and a solvent for what ails the world.
You will receive as much as you can safely hold.
Be cleansed of all that is not love.
And so it is.
