Protect your energy and become aware of the places where you squander it, leak it, or have it stolen from you by the negative patterns around you and/or have it hijacked by those who engage you in energetic dramas, including and especially the news reports that siphon your energy field for agendas of power and control.
You are here at this time to lend your light to the ascension process that you, the Earth, and all humanity are experiencing. Now is the time to rise higher.
