Council of Light Ascension Advice
As cosmic energy ramps up toward the breaking open point of awakening for the mass consciousness, all beings feel the pressure. While there are new opportunities and new beginnings for many, there is also a rise in resistance to change.
As humans’ evolutionary instincts move forward, fear erupts when confronting change and how to protect oneself and loved ones. This is when emotions get hot, and tempers flare.
The old patterns of blame and the victim-victimizer game continue until humanity is so tired of them that the majority chooses to turn their attention and intention energy into cooperation and collaboration.
Each thought choice brings you one step closer to Unity Consciousness, and the energy of the 5th-dimensional dream of peace and prosperity—for all is ascending.

How to Navigate the Current Energy
Although your ideas as a light-bearer may not have been received in the past, there is new energy and awareness that allows you to be heard.
You have been prepared to help humanity understand its fears and growing pains. You know that all humans are one, individual, and uniquely valued—even those you may not understand or even like.
Love this imperfect human condition and love yourself as the individual that you are. Offer what you have to give, trust that the universe will receive you, and return the energy of all that is created from your heart to yourself with interest.
All that is not in the energy of love must fall away. The earth herself will not tolerate it as she ascends in frequency.
Prophecy and Prediction
What could this mean? In the past, catastrophic events were predicted and prophesied for this turning of the Ages of the Kali Yuga cycle, the “Age of Darkness.” As it turns toward the light, there is a phase of destruction for many on Earth and the danger of the destruction of Earth herself. The councils of light will not allow Earth to be destroyed.
The exponential rise in light has mitigated many of the dire consequences that were predicted and expected. However, it remains for those who choose the path of love and light to continue and refrain from backsliding into darkness and forgetfulness of their divine potential.
There remains a slippery slope of choice in the ascension process, and while no choice is wrong per se, a shorter and more manageable process is available with divine guidance from your inner wisdom. This is where we encourage and nudge you toward the desired path of your Soulful Self.
Center Ground Balance
Many of the Council of Light advise you to center, ground, and find balance in your lives. Do not look to the outside world for your bearings, for you will get dizzy and have symptoms of confusion, lack of balance, and hormonal disturbance.
Self-care must take precedence and be completed with a measure of patience, for the natural unfolding must be maintained. At the same time, all humanity adjusts to the higher frequencies, the revealing of information, and hidden truths. There are many timelines at work, and patterns are culminated.

A great reset is expected, and how that will look for you is an individual process that you will be best served to make with humility and prayer.
You cannot possibly know what is best for humanity, but you CAN tune into your own energy field and the wisdom of your magnificent bodies—the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers—to anchor and use discernment for yourself.
Quiet the mind and any fearful thinking and find a still point whenever possible.

The Council of Light
Notes: “Per se” is a Latin phrase meaning “by itself” or “in itself,” used to indicate something considered independent of other factors. It’s often used to distinguish between a general idea and a specific context.
Kali Yuga is the fourth and current age in the cycle of yugas. It is often described as the “Age of Darkness” or “Age of Strife,” characterized by moral decline, spiritual darkness, and the prevalence of unrighteousness.
