The frequencies of the earth are changing at a deep, primal level. These patterns that hold all of life on earth are shifting in many ways that are immeasurable and some that are measurable as well. Your senses are being refined to receive the new energy patterns.

This may result in all manner of physical symptoms and discomforts that must be anchored by the body. The human form has been created specifically to be a lightning rod of cosmic energies from many star systems and portal alignments. These were known by the ancients, but that knowledge was lost.

You may soon remember the truths of those ancient days and civilizations, or you may not. It is immaterial that you know these things consciously.

Your brain and body structure, as well as your DNA itself, is designed to bring in the evolutionary changes necessary for the ascension process. You do not need to know mentally how to do this.

Take Good Care of the Body

Thank goodness it is not up to the mental mind to run all the systems of the body, for it is an amazing construct and took eons and many evolutions of light beings interacting with matter to create your current form.

Just trust the process and take care of the equipment that you are now inhabiting. It is a beautiful, miraculous construct that serves your higher purposes. Be a good steward of the life that you have been given and the physical vehicle that you have created for your life experience.

Know that with each breath you take, you bring in the Holy Spirit that channels through your system from birth to death. This is the life force of the Soulful Self—the God spark and love/light body that is the essence of who you are.

Consciously breathe in the essence of all that you are.

Receive Support of Earth and Water

We, your group of guides and Angels, even Archangels, do attend to the spiritual upkeep of your life’s dreams and goals. You are not without support, no matter what the experiences you are living through look like to you.

Life loves you. “God has your back,” as they say. You would do well to relax into this.

You have the power within to create worlds and move mountains. While this has always been so, it was necessary to feel total separation from your Divine origins to rise to your highest heights.

Connect and ground yourself to the power at the crystal core of the earth. Immerse yourself in the healing waters around you. Use visualization, music, and meditation practices if you do not have access to nature.

Humanity has been to the deepest and darkest places of unconsciousness and now pushes off the bottom of the pool, so to speak. Draw strength from the elements of earth and water.

Elemental Dolphin and Whale Energy

Swim and float through your life now like the whales and jump for joy like the dolphins who are masters of the depths of the seas. You have the mastery of the energies if you will but begin your assent and keep pressing toward the light shining from the surface.

This visualization and the sights and sounds of the water can bring you peace at this time.

The elements, including dolphin and whale energies, will assist and support your emotional body. (Whether or not you can go to the sea, the sights and sounds are available to you in videos.)

Although you feel weighted down, be assured that you will now rise. Put all the past darkness behind you and use it to stand upon—to push you up and hold you up. You are the overcomers; you are the victorious ones.

Claim your victory over the darkness and shine your light. We demand that the darkness depart!

Archangel Blessing and Sealing

Archangel Uriel, the one whose title is “Light of God” now reveals himself speaking in a thunderous voice.

“I AM come to light the way for all mankind. You are released from any pockets of darkness within, NOW—as your free will allows.

You are healed by the light of love everlasting that is with you and all around you, and has been since the foundations of the Earth was created.

THE LIGHT OF GOD NEVER FAILETH!

Let the earth resound with the resonance of the LOVE that is the pure light of the Creator.

Be sealed and healed by the glory of that Light and Love.  Feel the embrace of the eternal ONE!”

The Angels

I was awakened at 3:33 during the night of the Full Moon partial eclipse on November 19, 2021 to receive this message of light. It seems so perfect that Archangel Uriel the Archangel of Light would show up. I just love the synchronistic surprises about working with Angels!
