I AM the light in the darkness of being. I AM light, light, light. These are the words of your soul, shining through all that you are. Awakening is the awareness of your Soulful Self, the true essence of the eternal being of light that you are.

This is basic to your upleveling in the shift to the New Earth and the higher dimensions, commonly referred to as the 4^th and 5^th dimensions. And all this happens naturally since your soul knows the way. Healing is happening through love awakening.

This happens for many who struggle with the subconscious programming of the mind that opposes change. Being unforgiving is one way you have blocked yourself and protected yourself from feeling your feelings all these years.

To forgive, you must feel your feelings, dear ones, even though they are uncomfortable or painful. Then, release and transform that energy with the alchemy of the soul’s light.

Pain is often a pathway to awakening as you learn to love yourself and move through it. The more you try to resist and fight against anything that you believe to be the cause of your suffering, the more it pains you.

Release it and turn it over to God, the angels, your personal guides, or the benevolent universe. Release it now.

How to Release and Allow

This is a daily practice in mindfulness and surrender. It involves refocusing your intentions and attention. Bring your energy to your heart space, breathe more deeply and slowly, and trust in the divine plan that is your destiny of ascension.

Everything you feel as hurtful softens as you take each small step toward the light of love. Feel all the feelings of being physical and emotional beings as electromagnetic power.

Let the true love within you dissolve all these feelings trapped in the energy field. Allow them to flow, even to fall as tears.

Breathe the flow of all of it through you in breathing practices. Many are available online; you only have to choose the ones that appeal to you. There is not one right way.

All things lead to your awakening; choose love and take action. Even a tiny step makes a big difference. Each choice you make fosters self-love, as you become more aware of love in all its forms.

Active Mindfulness

You do not have to look for your love, which is your purpose; it will find you in each daily challenge. But it would serve you to pay attention and not wait for the proverbial “hit with a 2-by-4.” We wish you an easy way.

Are you tired of the struggle? Just ask your angels, your divine guidance system already built into your DNA and electromagnetic field of divine presence, to help you feel your way through.

There is an intelligence in your heart center that is more powerful than the mind and is coming online at this time. Energy downloads are coming into Earth from cosmic sources, and your system will burn out without the detox of your old habit patterns.

You are called to release all thoughts that are not loving.

Be only love, think only love.

Archangel Chamuel Comes Forth

I AM the Archangel Chamuel of the Love of God. I come to you this day to lighten your heaviness, the load of density that is weighing upon you. It is not necessary to carry this anymore.

Hear me, beloved ones! The weight you carry on your heart of all hurts may be released into the love that I AM and transformed into doves who fly free.

Imagine the weight flowing from you, and know that you are loved and truly held by the light and love of God/Source just as you are.

Release all that heaviness now and let it go.

Love Transmutes All

Perhaps you have believed that your sorrow is a badge of honor for the memories of those who have passed from this life.

They stand with me now, shining the love light on you so that you will release the pain, understand how joyful they are, and share their happiness.

Perhaps you have believed that suffering is a form of penance for contributing to another’s pain. If so, consider your payment to be made. You are not held responsible and are released. Now is the time to let go!
